Top Ten...

Ways to Get Over Stress Caused by the Stock Market and Other Yuck Things:10. Go eat Mexican food. Don Juan's in Tyler is preferred and a margarita always aids in relaxation.
9. Go on a walk, but not in the rain.
8. Hug a puppy. I have four if you would like to come hug one...
7. Chew spearmint gum or mints. The scent is known to relieve stress.
6. Indulge in some Valentine's Day chocolate early.
5. Take a bubble bath and use the fancy bubbles. Add in a glass of vino and more chocolate...
4. Exercise in bed... if you are married of course. :)
3. Buy yourself flowers. They don't have to be expensive. I love large bunches of carnations. They are cheap and last up to two weeks!
2. Go shopping. Everything is on SUPER SALE right now.
1. Write a blog. It makes you think of ways to cheer yourself up!
