What to Wear: Black Sequin Top

Jaran asked me to help her figure out how to wear a black tank top that had some sequins at the top and thinned out. I don't think sparkle is just for evening wear, so I tried to make her a fun weekend outfit. I love the open cardigan trend. Might be my favorite for 2008!
